Small Mother of Pearl Clover Stud Earrings

Felt deceived

I gave it three stars because the earrings themselves are beautiful and their customer service is very good, but I was so disappointed when I received them and I felt deceived. The legend in the listing for the earrings reads LARGE Mother of Pearl Clover ...... Well, when I received them I thought they had sent me in error the ones in the mini size, because the earrings I received were minuscule! They did not look in size how the earrings in the model in the picture look like. I contacted customer service about this and when they told me they sent me the Large ones (I am curious to see how minuscule the minis look like), and that by 'mistake' the picture in the listing is for some 'Extra Large' ones they no longer sell, it sounded like a made up excuse to me. As I went back to the listing for my claim, I noticed the details say the Large ones are 10mm, which is the size of what I received, but unfortunately I did not read that. I saw 'Large' and saw a picture that I assumed was the size of the earrings and I read no more. The mistake is on me. The false advertising is on The Lovery, because if they are putting pictures they should be of the applicable product. Customer service was very responding, and they offered me a discount on the 'Extra Large' ones, and sent me a label for free return so I could return them and be reimbursed. I ended up keeping the earrings as I don't have time for returns. Sadly to say (because their pieces are beautiful) this was the first and last time I bought from them.
