Shea Moisture - Coconut & Hibiscus Curl and Shine Conditioner

Terrible customer service. I been trying to reach out via messaging and email since JUNE, and literally get no consistent response. They mailed me the two bottles of shampoo and conditioner in a freaking plastic envelope. Shockingly they arrived broken and leaking in the bag. Still no response on trying to get them replaced. What an embarrassing situation to have to explain that this birthday gift couldn’t be given as it was all destroyed. Never order from them.
