Not true to size

If you order from the USA, know that your poster will not be true to size to what the website states you’re ordering. I ordered eight 50cmx75cm posters, and I received 20inx30in instead. The problem is I ordered frames at the same time and the posters don’t fit. Pam offered to reprint at 50x75 from the UK, but I’d have to pay customs. I asked for a refund to offset my shipping and return of the frames I ordered, and I was only offered 5% or $25, which in no way would be the cost of the reprint + shipping originally ordered. I have to eat the cost of returning my frames and reordering 20inx30in frames to fit the posters.
