Good but could be improved.

Pro: Warm, comfortable. Things I would change: item runs small, which I was aware of from previous reviews, so I ordered a size up and it still was almost too short at the waist. Also the thumb holes are sewn too far back IMO, it feels like the seam is digging into the webbing of my thumb. If those issues were addressed on this item I would buy 5 more.
