This chair disappointed me … super hard and uncomfortable and made of cheap materials

The chair is great and easy to install but the Business operation and shipping is horrible. Tracking number doesn’t matter because I got mine 3 days after it was shown. After paying $700 just for shipping, the package was left at the front door since “the pallet is too big to go in”

Satisfied.

The original chair I purchased ended up on back order so I swapped with this one. Although it didn’t come with any instructions, assembly was fairly easy. I’ve noticed my clients are less fidgety in the chair and they have expressed satisfaction with the upgrade. I do find myself taking the headrest portion off often since it’s elevated from the backrest. All in all, a satisfied purchase.
