You can find the same products on Amazon for cheaper with a good return policy, and also similar products on Etsy for way cheaper. Do not support this unreasonable company! I bought 1k worth of items and had a few to return and they told me I need to pay for the shipping. The shipping is the same cost as the items, so who in their right mind would do that!! Terrible customer service when I addressed this, they had no care for the amount of money I spent at the store. They cared more about not sending a shipping label. To them, it should be built in their pricing and cost of business. It would be a fraction, and for the customer, I would have continued to shop and purchase more in the future. NEVER AGAIN.
