skippy delivers

having used kangaroo leather ( without stropping compound ) for some time, I have found the strop to be highly effective at removing the micro burr that remains after honing ( tormek 1200 diamond & .5 micron compound on the leather wheel ). The bess reading goes from about 170 down to about 100, 10 strokes on each side of the knife, Highly recommend - do not use any compound on kangaroo.
