Great stack

The price for this setup is unbelievable I put this in my 5 inch and it's flown better than it has in a long time 128khz esc and a f7 the only thing I can't get smart audio to work but other than that works really good super smooth I use the bmi270 preset in bf 4.3 and it so smooth and responsive I'm getting a few more

Slightly frustrated but flying

Good: F7 FC is nice fast firmware flash and setup was easy and straightforward Esc took the bashing and survived some turtle flip overs without popping Bad: Supplied DJI cable has the pin header flipped on mine. The color order is correct but when you plug it in you have to flip it putting 10v on SBUS! ESC seems to have a K boot-loader that would not let me access through BLheli 32 suite. Could not read or write setup After an hour, I took it apart, switched the motor leads on the motors I needed to reverse and started flying. Don’t know what they are set at, but they are working as well as my usual budget stack. I gave it 4 stars because it will get you in the air, it was in stock, and it would cost 1/3 more for a stack without these issues

Sky stars F7 Flight Controller

I really do not like to leave bad reviews but this flight controller ( a replacement for my new DARWIN long range drone) caused a major power surge that -took out' both my camera and GPS. I REPLACED IT WITH AN F4 controller which has not yet arrived.
