Works as advertised but clunkier than it should be

Heats as advertised and can't feel any wires under. The connector plug is on the side of each half of the bed (just under shoulder position) which is good because the wires are easier to tuck out of the way (better than old electric underlay which had the 2x connectors at the foot). Each bed gets a separate remote so there are effectively 4 zones which can be turned from 0 to 9 each. The bed auto turns on when power is supplied (if the remote is in the on position) so could be automated with a smart plug if desired (though obviously that has some risks to consider). Room for improvement: 1. It doesn't remember the last heat setting (always turns on at 9 for body and 9 for feet), and only has one button per zone - so if you prefer your bed at 5|5 instead of 9|9 each night then you have to press the button to go from 9 to 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 and then finally get to 5. 2. Remote for each side of the bed is wired - which could be a plus if you are prone to losing things but is annoying if you prefer no cable clutter. 3. Each remote's display of the current heat settings is fairly bright red alarm-clock-style digital digits, and that stays on as long as the heating is on. Good to change the settings at night but annoying if you prefer to sleep in darkness - would have been nicer to have the lights dim or turn off after 60 seconds of no interaction.

Recently purchased this EB from Planet Linen at a great price and the product is a beautiful quality with easy to use controls and warms extremely well- plus order came quickly and well packaged so found them a wonderful company to deal with and would recommend.

Great electric blanket

Love this blanket, it has kept me so comfortable during the freezing cold Melbourne nights! It is a bit thin on its own so I added another mattress topper on top, problem solved. Would recommend!
