I loved the necklace but it was the wrong length. Could not apply the discount code to the replacement so decided against the purchase

Beautiful ball chain

I love my ball chain to replace my old one which broke (not a Palas one).

Disappointed

I did receive my purchase in a quick manner which was great, the pendant was awesome however my chain clasp did not work properly and my pendant came off on the first night I wore it, I still have the pendant and am using a gold chain I have to wear it, I did read your directions for a return however was not prepared to purchase another and then return the chain for a refund, such have been able to send back and have it replaced. 🙁
