Lost package & hidden fees

Ordered our sweaters and after 3 weeks reached out regarding the status since the tracking number wasn’t working. The package was lost and they resent, which is fine but the fact that I had to figure out it was missing was a bit frustrating. Then they resent and once it came I was shocked to pay an additional $50 in brokerage fees. Additional fees beyond the shipping I paid on the website was not mentioned or posted anywhere within the purchase process. Really disappointing experience overall. Will not be recommending others to order from here or ordering from here again ourselves.

Sweaters were very nice but mine was to tight. You didn't have bigger than a 3x at the time
