Haven’t gotten a response about my sweaters being to big

I sent an email the day I received the sweaters that they were to big and wanted to exchange them for a smaller size. I emailed again a couple days later and still have not received a response. Please contact me.

Last minute order

My kids asked a few days before Christmas if I could get us "Ugly Christmas Sweaters" nobody could get them shipped by Christmas,even Amazon.
