British Army Military Modular Sleep System

Everything was good except the drawstring and toogles were missing from one of the sleeping bags we ordered a different type of bag but when it arrived the toggles and drawstring was also missing. Issue with the returns in that I am expected to get two huge boxes to a post office to return the goods as there is no home collection option. I have no car and walk with a walking stick. So no free returns for me I will be required to organise and pay for the returns. One bag good teo faulted.

Order for my son who needed a new sleeping bag and who is military mad so made sense. The only downside was the stuff sack for the medium weight sleeping bag was faulty. Quick email to goarmy and resolved - exchange in progress

The 3 part sleeping system arrived in perfect condition , no missing parts, no rips, all ties were present and correct . The bags themselfs were new -no signs of wear or tear the fabric was still shining and glossy like new sleeping bags are, that was grade 1 , super grade condition id say outer and inner bag were , the liner was not as new but still in very good condition .very happy with my order and for £70 delivered within 48 hours no complaints.
