I ordered this product to use it in the mornings before my yoga classes. I mix it with, coconut or almond milk, some coffee, cinnamon and ice. Is the best option to started my mornings with energy, without being too full from a breakfast but not to be on an empty stomach. Also the flavor is my favorite thing, I like it so much I use it in some of my daily recipes like pancakes or oatmeal.
