Very pleased. Rope handles are nice and thick, and the bag is good quality canvas. Great customer service, too. Totebag Factory notified us that the wording in the logo we sent was slightly off-center and fixed it at no cost to us. Thank you all!

The printing was good overall, though a couple bags were partially printed and did not have the background that was part of the image. The bags smelled mildewy, like they had been sitting in a warehouse for a while. Overall happy since I got the type of bag I wanted on time, but not ideal.
