haven't fully gotten use out of this piece of equipment yet. my wife will be getting the majority of the use, and my 14 year old son, may see some benefit with a slightly lighter bar. i know it will be beneficial in the long run, and we know it will be used. automatically makes it a good purchase. so far so good.
