I purchased the 6.5J fencer for my new Texas long horn cattle. My old fencer still worked but was a much smaller fencer, and I am not interested in chasing these cattle anywhere. I received the fencer and installed it, and it worked fantastic for a month but then just stopped working. I contacted Redstone, and Viki promptly reached back out to me and immediately sent me a replacement. I believe I just received one with a small fault, but it has been completely reassuring that Redstone stands behind their products and immediately sent out a replacement.
