Update: Somehow I overlooked an email received a couple days before I left this review and I'm SOOO happy to report that PlanetBox more than made up for the error. I'm so glad because I've been a big fan of everything we've ordered! We placed a large order of multiple items, but what we received was incorrect from what we ordered. I've tried to reach customer service for longer than a week, sending three messages now via email and socials; however, I have yet to receive ANY response. We've never had a problem with past orders, so we've never needed to reach out. Now that there is an issue it seems that customer service is non-existent...?? So very disappointing and frustrating!
