I ordered from Canada directly online. The assistance I received was above what would be expected as problems on processing order were handled immediately and the bitter-sweet situation for the gift required a gift card which was included and written on my behalf. I would 110% place an order again here. My friends loved the gift so very much.

Bought this as a gift for my sister and brother-in-law’s 50th wedding anniversary. They live in Brisbane and love to get things from NZ. They were very emotional when they opened it and loved it instantly. It has pride of place in their lounge. Very happy with this purchase.
