My sari silk just arrived a few minutes ago. And wow, the silks are really pretty. I bought the pastel combo and it matches my bed spread beautifully. I'm primarily a knitter, an occasional crocheter, and a new peg loom weaver as I recently bought a peg loom kit from Ragged Life. Given the versatility of sari silk, I'm not sure what crafting process I will use to make a wall hanging for my bedroom. So why am I writing this review? Because the sari silk is unique and not something we have here in the United States. I hope to inspire others in my country to look beyond yarn and embrace sari silk (as well as blanket yarn) for their fiber projects. I can't wait to get started on my project. And I will be back for more! And hopefully with pictures.
