Ordered size 10.5, box and shoes labeled 10.5. Shoes are easily a size 12.

Unfortunately the shoes don’t fit. I mistakenly thought you had a retail storefront in Baton Rouge and traveled there on Saturday to do an exchange. I will go on line today to return the order.
