It's quite easy to fit, though takes a moment to think about how to do it best. I recomment fitting the mouth guard in front of a mirror to ensure it's aligned well. As it's not custom made, it's hard to compare the quality to a dentist-made one. However, given that I have developed serious grinding issues, these definitely are the cheaper option. In my case, they start to deteriorate after 4 weeks and need replacing affter about 10 weeks. This is a problem with the "one size fits all" design. Generally I'm happy with it as it is far cheaper than the dentist option

They are very easy to mold with hot water and fit perfectly. The material feels really easy on the teeth and gum. Being flexible feels much better than my stiff old ones.

Unfortunately, this did not work for me. I did everything as instructed but it did not fit at all well. Despite this, I tried wearing it at night but could not sleep with it in so removed it and not used it since. Rather a waste if money I'm afraid.
