Fell apart after a few minutes

I normally LOVE go cat. I exclusively use Go Cat - from Da Bird, to Go Cat Catcher to Da Bee - but this one just fell apart after one play session. It could've been really dangerous if I weren't paying attention to it. Not sure if this one was a one-ff because I've had this before and it lasted MONTHS. So I will give it 3 stars because I know it can be a good product. I just got a bad one? Help?
