It's beautiful

The quality of the skirt is amazing. For me, the pictures appeared to be black and white but there are bands of navy mixed in too. It is very beautiful! It does run small for us curvy girls though. This is the first skirt that I ordered based on the sizing chart but after receiving it I realized that I should have sized up. I typically get the "one size fits most" so this was my learning curve buying a specific size. There is an elastic band but it doesn't really stretch or help the fit. Looks like I need to up my workout plan so I can get into this bad boy.
