Good paddle

Good, portable paddle at an affordable price that doesn't break the bank. I had the same paddle as part of a BOTE iSup package that I purchase from REI last year. The package was on a clearance, and wasn't being sold through REI the next year from what I understand. It had only been a year, but one of the latches got damaged. The paddle itself performed fine but there was one paddle event that I went to that I ended up not being able to paddle because I found out when I was setting up that the latch wasn't working properly and I couldn't fix it. BOTE sent me the new paddle that I ordered promptly to replace the old one. I hope that it holds up for longer this time. I can't wait to get the paddle in the kayak configuration as well when I'm ready to.
