Beautiful hat and outstanding service

I purchased this hat for my mum for my wedding. She has a blue dress and I wanted to match the colour. I asked if there were fabric swatches available so I could check the colour and got a really helpful email back saying that whilst they didn’t have sample swatches they asked for photos of the dress so that the team could try to match the colour. They recommended this colour and it was spot on! Excellent service. Thank you
