Beginnings of a Life of Prayer

Wonderful little book. Full of wisdom drawn from the Fathers on the passions and foundations of prayer. Highly recommend it for catechumens/inquirers but it is not limited to them and can be a great resource for anyone struggling with the passions and spurious thoughts.
