I love my marking knife. Out of the box it was extremely sharp and the handle markings were well done. It feels great it my hand and stays sharp for a good amount of time. The leather that covers the tip is a nice addition that I didn’t expect. My only recommendation is to provide a fool proof way to sharpen the knife. If a “honing guide” was available to purchase then I’d be first in line.

I now have two of these amazing marking knives. I have many others that I have bought over the years including from Blue Spruce and various Japanese makers. This is by far my favorite marking knife. It is very sharp, perfectly balanced and beautiful in its simple design. It just works and feels great to use. It is a must have for anyone looking for a great marking knife.

Quite simply the best marking knife I have ever used. It is consistently a pleasure to use.
