This was my first and only handheld bottle. Before this I'd been using a fuel belt. Fits in the hand well and can wear interchangeably between either right or left hand. My issue with the bottle is that it doesn't squeeze easily. I expected something that would hydrate me without expending as much effort as this takes. Maybe it's my lack of experience with a handheld? If I could do it over, I would probably choose a bottle that consolidates as it empties.
