decent, but not for me
As a company, I have no issue with Sydney Strap Co. The product I ordered arrived quickly and was sufficiently protected. The gallery of product photos is extensive, and wonderfully captures the look of "sailcloth" straps against real, physical watches. The entire ordering process is convenient and fast. Not every strap retailer puts in this much effort into business and technology services. I can gush some more about the website, that part is just executed so well right now. Searching and filtering are fast and intuitive. Bonus points. I wish more watch retailers operated like Sydney. I really like the quick release spring bars and holes included in the strap. It's such a *Duh! Of course!* feature that every strap should really share the same ease of installation and removal. No more need for separate tools. Fewer scratches on the interior of the lugs (something the neckbeards obsess over). Again, very well packaged. Unfortunately, I dislike the feeling of this strap. I really expected a "sailcloth" strap to feel like cloth, from the inside out. This one feels like plastic. It's some kind of nylon material, I suppose. It arrived fairly stiff. Perhaps breaking it in over a long time might improve the look and feel. I have since reverted to my stock strap. I don't know if sailcloth straps are for me. The color choices are fairly unique, more than the typically boring black-brown-blue of so many other strap makers. However, the lug width options are limited to just 20mm or 22mm, whereas watches come in a greater spectrum of other lug widths unfortunately. There are some classic 18mm watches that could look wonderful with Sydney's sailcloth straps, but we won't know for sure until they target more lug widths. One thing I have learned while trying on different watches and straps, is that I prefer two strap loops (which this product has). But the first loop should be spaced further out from the clasp, potentially even free floating. The strap quickly developed a kink right where it needs to slide into the first, closely fixed loop. I do like that Sydney offers other types of bands. May have to purchase some Milanese mesh bracelets to see how my watches look against chainmail. Again, this product was not for me, but I am impressed with the retailer and would be open to trying other products. I could have looked into the return system, but instead I elected to simply regift the strap, along with a nice watch, to a friend.

Great quality comfy strap
The quick release bars fit and work well, little easy to crease the top but overall great strap and quit comfy, would buy again!
