i Prep, i Prime Eyeshadow Primer

I'm so disappointed because I love Juvia's Place and was really excited to try this product. It came with the contents completely separated. I tried to squeeze out some product onto my fingers to apply and water spilled everywhere instead. It's like the liquid in the product separated from everything else. After closer inspection, I could see the thick pigment stuck in the tube separated from the liquid that makes it a paste. I partially wonder if temperature changes while being shipped caused issues

The description says its a thick formula but mine was runny and did not do the trick
