Parkside Laptop Backpack 2.0

Feels a bit cheap and not something I'd expect from them. Mainly the material used and lack of suitcase slot

It was a gift for my kid that's going to college, his trill to use it, love the features and size. Really fast delivery

I purchased the backpack on an early flight and then immediately realized I had shipped it to the wrong address. I emailed the company before they even opened at 7 AM and when I heard back, they said that they didn’t think there was much they could do. They said that it had been pulled in the warehouse but that they would try to cancel it. I didn’t hear anything until I saw the email that said the backpack was on its way. I was very disappointed at how little they tried to help me. I now have a backpack that is late for someone’s birthday and went to the opposite coast. I realize that it was my fault but typically small independent companies will go out of their way to help you and this one did not. I would never purchase from them again.
