Not your mother’s tableware
I LOVE my Skali rimmed plates. I think I learned about them from Vivian Howard and decided to give them a try. I waited for the Seconds sale and got 4 white dinner plates. On the next sale, I got 4 salad plates and then I brought home a rescue puppy who decided he liked them too and broke one of the salad plates 😔. Decided not to wait til the next seconds sale and ordered one. Now I’m eagerly awaiting the next sale for either bowls or the handleless coffee cups. I am a dedicated tableware collector and Skali is my new favorite -the size, the matte finish and the handmade look of them is phenomenal.

Gorgeous blate for every meal
Got 4 salad plates. Use them for oatmeal, waffles, eggs in the morning, pasta, stew or small meals. Perfect for fine dining or eating on the couch (high rim keeps things in) There is something so modern, but still ancient and timeless about this pottery. Getting some for my parents cottage vibe house, but also great in my contemporary dining room. Love the way they feel in the hand when I warm them a little on the stove before plating. Will get more of set for me!
