Customer service is the best

Im eighty year young and I don’t know how too much about computers or using it to talk to customers service I prefer calling customer service. And talking to a person Im blessed to have a son that was able to text customer service and because they couldn’t answer his question they texts back that they.would call me with in 4hr They did and the women that took my call, wasn’t very very helpful, polite and understanding, and came up with solution to my problem and follow through with a response that made me feel. I was happy that I purchased sky Ikamper I would hope Ikamper would take under consideration that some people don’t do well with computers
