Prima OCC MKII AC Power Cable

Fantastic upgrade

I dropped the Prima OCC MK II into my DAC and in short order heard more detail, more nuance, a larger soundstage and more transparency. So impressed, I ordered 2 more to apply to other components.

Thrilled

The Zavfino Prima OCC MK II power cord has all the attributes I like in a resolving system and more. The sound of this cable is big and bold, but sensitive. Additionally, it is arguably the best made power cable I have seen. The packaging is amazing. At about 26 hours of play on the Prima OCC MK II hooked into my DAC, I was stunned. Recordings that used to sound flat with limited depth and timbre now sounded like totally different recordings. The best way I can describe the transformation is going from Red Book CD quality to a remastered high-resolution file, but more so. My system is entirely different with the addition of this gem. The speed at which crescendos happen are massive. Imagining is pinpoint with a sound stage that is huge. Thrilled with the transformation. One of the best upgrades I have ever made. End of story.

Not enough time

I only received the cable on the 18th not 14 days as was stated in the email. So far I have not had enough time to evaluate,but sounds pretty good initially. I have only one problem and that is the connectors are pretty stiff within a few inches of cable on both ends making the length a bit shorter than I am used to. It seems you need about five inches of clearance on each end. The Majestic phono cable is great so far, hoping for more time to evaluate as well.
