A passion for Passionfruit

I really enjoy the Liber Passionfruit syrup to use in various rum fruit cocktails. I recently have been making a Passionfruit Rum Collins made with rum, lime Aperol and Passionfruit syrup topped with seltzer.

Tropical passionfruit syrup

Very flavorful and much more concentrated passion fruit flavor (and more resembling the real fruit) than other syrups or passion fruit liqueurs; great way to add a tropical twist to cocktails.

Bright, Refreshing, and Versatile

This syrup is delicious—tangy, tropical passionfruit flavor that tastes authentic, not artificial. Great in cocktails, but I also love it with sparkling mineral water for a refreshing non-alcoholic drink. Sweetness is well-balanced. A staple on my shelf now.
