Spongy (Gypsy) Moth Trap Replacement Lure

We caught hundreds and hundreds of moths using this product. I would recommend these traps to help with controlling the moths. I can’t imagine how many moths would have been able to breed had we not set up 2 traps in our yard.

Worked wonderfully

This year we purchased the above lure which worked well, however the one we purchased the previous year seems to be more potent. We followed the three step program which hopefully has eliminated those pesky gypsy moths. 1st wrap the truck with burlap 2nd hand pick off all caterpillars once daily 3rd. set out pheromone traps refill water usually every Few days The first year we picked up to 250 caterpillars per day And the pheromone traps were full every few days This year we picked up to 12 per day and refilled the water in the traps every 8 days This spring we hope for even fewer or possibly no gypsy. Moths The program works great as long as you are deligent!

Moth Traps

Can not believe the number of male moths that we trapped. Easy to fill, empty and clean. Hopefully next year we will not have another infestation. If we do, at least we have the traps and will be prepared.
