Replacement case

I purchased UAG - Apple AirPods 3rd Generation [U] Dot Case - Black back on 1/9/22 and in less than 3 months, the top silicone for the cover got so loose. It provided no protection. I reached out to Urban Armour Gear who were nice enough to provide me with a replacement product: Standard Issue Silicone_001 Case For AirPods (3rd Gen, 2021) which has protected by AirPods adequately. Although I was disappointing by the quality of my original purchase, I do appreciate by the response from Urban Armour Gear in trying to rectify the situation.

was shipped the wrong case. Shipping back is not free. purchased both the case and the strap for my watch, the strap also didn't work. it just didn't fit. I would not buy from this brand again. low quality goods that don't work.
