Slow delivery. Poor customer support

This first item arrived finally. When I inquired about when it would be delivered (I was never sent a delivery confirmation as told), a silly sounding email was sent to me. I know you are trying to be happy and friendly… maybe I am too old for that. The mug itself is very nice tho. Also, you should state that you do not answer emails/issues over the weekend... I believe I sent my inquiry on a Friday, and did not hear until well into the following week.

Easily Amoosed

I ordered the Easily Amoosed coffee mug for my husband as a Christmas gift and he loves it. What makes it even better is that our rescue dog, who is 95 pounds, is nicknamed the Moose and has the goofiest personality of any dog on the planet. He always makes us laugh. So the coffee mug is perfect and brings a smile every time it's used.
