Trying to Love it
I really want to love this planner. We have been homeschooling for 13'ish years and I have had my share of planners. This year I heard about this particular planner and was so excited to have found something that I can cater to each one of my kids. My favorite part are the student sections (my main purpose for my purchase). -- As I was sitting planning out our next school year I noticed that not all holidays are listed... Palm Sunday, Good Friday, EASTER are all completely missing from this calendar. I have not checked the rest of the holidays yet but I noticed Easter because we normally plan a long weekend that week. --Another issue for me is the quality. The cover is beautiful but the inside is poor quality...especially for the price point. The pockets were another selling point for me but they are paper and I have my doubts that they will hold up. The rest of the paper used is the same quality as my Aldi (roughly $7, is also the same size) academic planner I have used for the past several years. --The shipping time...I understand the process after emailing them and asking if there was a issue with my order because it was taking a really long time (3 weeks). Customer service was fantastic and they responded very quickly. Having some sort of disclaimer about shipping up front would go a long way. I was basing my original expectations for the shipping time from the shipping policy that is listed on the website (items to ship 3-7 business days? or something very similar). I could see myself being a return customer for the student section alone but NOT with the missing holidays, poor quality paper and this price point. At this price I expect premium quality for a planner and this is absolutely not it.

2nd Year Using the Dated Planner
And I love it! It has replaced my other calendars/planners AND I find the changes to this year's planner (with the record sheets-attendance, curriculum choices, etc - grouped together by kid 1-5 at the front of the planner) to be a great improvement. Visually stunning as well. Can't recommend this planner more and I will be back for another next year!

This is my favorite planner
This is definitely my favorite planner I've found and this year is an improvement over last year. For what I'd like to see in the future: I know it would be hard to fit in, but I would love a small space for a to-do list on the weekly page. I would also love to get it earlier in the year...I start having things I want to put on my calendar for July in March or April.
