Smooth and controllable

These are great for driveways, sidewalks, and anything else that’s not perfectly smooth. You lose a little speed compared to hard wheels, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing for someone just starting out. My 5 year old isn’t skating bowls (yet) anyway. Very happy with the whole advanced complete setup. It’s not some terrible Walmart board. All the components are high quality and interchangeable with anything you buy at a skateshop, so you can switch out parts as the kid develops preferences.
