Disappointed with this order. It’s full of twigs and looks like it’s been dug up from the ground then posted out to me.

This is not what I ordered, it has all sorts of roots in it like it was just dug up from the ground and sent to me. With how much I ordered and how long I waited to get this, this is not right. I'm never ordering again.
