Just like that song by Marky Mark ( Good Vibrations) the vest makes u sweat and the cream makes you 💧!

I read the directions and put some on my spots i wnated to use it on, then i wiped it off wirh a towel when i was done working out but when i get in the shower it burns a little when the water hits the spots i used it on, otherwise will keep using wish it didnt sting in the shower.
