Precision Milk Jug / Pitcher - Black

A really nice unit.

This might sound a bit crazy but there are a number of great things that I like, but I do understand others might feel just the opposite. Being black inside means at first its hard to see the spout formation as it rises from the mid point. I use the bottom of the spout to be the level guide as to how much milk I need to put into the jug. Once the milk starts to fill though, the light reflected off the white milk, allows me to see the spout and I am all good to go. The negative as first perceived disappears with the light, its perfectly fine. The 2nd thing I like is that the base is not perfectly flat. The centre is fractionally deeper. So when you place the jug on the bench top it sits on the centre point (like an axel) rather than the rest of the base. That means that heat will not dissipate so quickly out of the milk if placed on a cold stone bench top etc. It is still stable though because the centre to the rest of the base in just a mm. So it's not unstable. In fact its easier to rotate or spin around to grab the handle to pick it up if the handle was in the wrong direction. The jug is like it has its own Lazy Susan built in. Its sort of hard to describe in words but I really like this jug. It pours nicely. I am very happy with this jug. I am sure you will like it too.
