Worthwhile Addition

On checking the bottom of my baskets using a Naked Portafilter I found that most staining tended to come from one point on the bottom of the baskets, now using both VST & Pullman baskets I knew that this was not the problem & checking my tamper by eye it appeared level, so I decided to invest on Pesado Tamper with depth adjuster to run further checks, Straight away problem solved the extraction was spread more evenly across the base of the basket. I found the unit very well made, attractive to look at & as it turned out after testing well worth the purchase price. Would buy again if required to.
