WAITING FOR CORRECT ITEMS AFTER PHONE CALL SHOW UP

At first I probably ordered the wrong item from them. But after explaining the problem, I received something that still did not work for my set up. Then I had a phone call with connect esas and and described in detail that my trolling motor wire was too big to fit anything they had sent. The guy said he was going to make up a connector that would correctly fit my trolling motor wires and also allow for fish finder wires to also fit. That was a good while ago and I have still not received the unit he was going to send me..
