SudzBox Essentials Collection

I never received my products. UPS told me via tracking info that the package has been damaged and all contents discarded. I messaged the owner if the company and was told I’d have a second shipment of the products I paid for sent to me and they never arrived and I was never provided tracking info for the second shipment. I’ve messaged the company on all social media platforms and messaged the owner and have continuously been ignored. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service and will never recommend anyone to purchase from Sudzbox. I’ve used their products on multiple occasions and they are top tier which is why I continued to purchase from them, but the customer service unfortunately does not match the quality of their products.

I've been wanting to use these products for some time, so I jumped at the chance for the essentials at a discount. While I haven't been able to use everything in , I am somewhat underwhelmed with the Revolution tire dressing as it faded and was completely gone in less than a week. Also reached out to inquire if maybe I missed something in following the directions for use on the bottle and still do not have a response. Ignite and Crimson did the job, but most middling products would do the same. If this is an indication of the quality of the remainder of the box. I'll be moving on to other products.

Absolutely digging Sudzbox products!! They smell great & work great! Definitely try them!!
