What a delight! This aged Parmigiano Reggiano is the cheese to always have on hand. Perfect for home made pasta dishes and in a bechamel for a summery lasagna with pesto and pine nuts.

White Cow Reggiano

This Reggiano is a very smooth tasting cheese. It seems to my taste to be less sharp than the others I have tried. My wife really enjoyed it as I did, it is different from what I am used to. The cheese and our order was packaged very well and arrived within three days. This is a great, hard to get cheese, we wanted to try it, it was expensive but we’re happy we did!
