My favorite from Two Bears
I’ve tried different types of coffee from Two Bears but the Ethiopia Shakiso is one of my favorites! The smell is incredible and the taste is even better. I don’t think it’s a strong coffee, so you can take black and feel every note of the aromas. 100% recommend

Evenly Roasted - wish it could be a subscription bean though
extracts well and very balanced flavour with good acidity and finish.
shame this roast isn't available through the subscription service.
