The shape of this heat pack is perfect and the chamomile adds a comforting scent to it! I love using it.

I bought it hoping that it could replace my standard heating pad for my period cramps, but my expectations were not high; HOWEVER, I was pleasantly surprised at how effective this heat pad was! I love the shape and how it hits the right spot! It also stayed warm for about a solid 1.5 hours, which I loved. I could not recommend this heat pad enough to anyone who experiences bad cramping. And the embroidery is the icing on the cake!
